1.Cancellation Before Delivery
Customers may cancel the order before the product is delivered.
Orders can be cancelled before the product is delivered to the customer.
To request cancellation, customers must contact our support team with:
- Order number
- Registered contact details
If the cancellation request is approved:
- The order will be cancelled immediately.
- Refund will be processed within 7 working days.
2. Cancellation After Dispatch
Once the order has been delivered, it cannot be cancelled or returned.
3. Refund Timeline
Approved cancellations will receive a refund within 7 working days to the original payment method.
